Current facilities at Windana are not suitable for clients who are living with Dual Diagnosis - due to their need for psychiatric and specialist care. Windana would like to set up an extra Therapeutic Community that assists these clients. Land, houses, and staffing are all required for this program.
This will cost $2 million to set up and $700 000 to run annually
